Stephanie is Steve Sesnick, the band's manager following up Andy Warhol. "To Lou, everybody's gay", said John Cale who couldn't stand Steve. Came out in '85 on album V.U., with John Cale still involved. The other songs on that album (with Doug Yule instead of Cale) first came out on Lou Reed's solo work: Lisa Says, Andy's Chest, I Can't Stand It, She's My Best Friend and Ocean.
