Overlooked on most of their Best Of compilations. Madonna surely put an end to that.
Covers:
Madonna [sample in Hung Up, enough to cocredit Benny & Björn]
Apart from the Gimme Gimme Gimme samples, Hung Up also borrows (be it not enough to sue) from Dutch disco hit Shine Up by Doris D & The Pins (n°1 NL - '81). Hung Up's lyrics hold two lines from Love Song, a duet Madonna recorded in '89 with Prince: "Time goes by so slowly for those who wait, And those who run seem to have all the fun".
