French Christmas hymn from the Languedoc region, holding the well-known refrain 'Glo-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-ria, in excelsis Deo', adopted by any children's choir, as well as by Tino Rossi, Mireille Mathieu, Helmut Lotti and André Rieu, mostly as Gloria In Excelsis Deo. Not to be confused with eponymous songs by J.S. Bach, Vivaldi and Händel.
