She also made the first live version, as a guest of her beau David Bowie during a BBC special. Besides, Dana did backing vocals on Ziggy Stardust. Dana's first Andy Warhol is also part of her 2019 Cherry Red 2cd What Memories We Make - The Complete Main Man Recordings 1971-1974.

Opening guitar line of Ron Davies's Silent Song Through The Land, title track of his first album (A&M '70), was copied for the intro of Bowie's Andy Warhol.
