Artist: Snooky Pryor
Author: Snooky Pryor/Moody Jones
Label: Planet
Year: 1947

With Moody Jones on boogie guitar, with the standard boogie lyric line: "I was walking down the street, I heard the boogie around the corner and I had to boogie too". Reissued on Frémeaux comp Chicago Blues 1940-1947.

Covers:

1952:

Little Walter [as Juke n°1 R&B; with the rest of the Muddy Waters band, cut during studio spare time; it's the nameless riff they played at the end of every live set and since it featured harmonica up front, Walter got it]

Juke of course was covered many times, but that's not the point in The Originals. Otherwise it'd be called The Covers.
