In stage musical Babes In Arms, along with the earliest Where Or When and The Lady Is A Tramp (see all there). Not exactly meant to celebrate February 14th: Mitzi Green's character in the play was called Valentine. Oddly enough, of these three soon-to-be standards, only Where Or When was featured in the 1939 film version starring Mickey Rooney and Judy Garland.
