Cockney comedian with a Cockney classic ("The apotheosis of clean, honest vulgarity"). About the eightest Henry in a row, just married to 'the widow next door'. Too much of an institution for the British to go for the Hermits' cover, which became a n°1 US. The original came out at the end of the year the British commemorated the 400th anniversary of this mindblowing king's coronation. Reissued on CD The Old Bull And Bush (GEMM CD 9913) on Pavilion Records, crammed with a century old bunch of Music Hall stars.
