Curiosity was one of these English video bands who'd actually had consumed their fifteen minutes of fame while named in full Curiosity Killed The Cat. In a desperate grasp to keep going, the only way to do so with their songwriting skills dried-up was to push the cover button. Soon as they hit with this one, that's when the NME came up with the suggestion to start an apartheidslist for cover versions. Soon they would be disregarded, was the idea, in a Guinness Book of Records category all of their own, promoted through their own TOTP, where bands like Curiosity could possition themselves on number one forever, while no one else would bother or even know. Then came the internet.
