Title track live album. El Camino Real (The Royal Highway) was the original name for the coastal Highway 101 in California, linking all the Spanish Franciscan mission posts (21) between Monterey and San Francisco.

Lately this song's a hype among neo-rockabilly acts: Tag-Alongs, Some Like It Hot, Black Cat Trio, El Rio Trio, Jailbirds, Cyclones, Spunyboys, Vargas Brothers, Betty Boop Lovers... There's also an unrelated eponymous classical orchestral composition by Alfred Reed (1985), a minimal/ambient El Camino Real by William Basinski (2007), all different and so is the New Christy Minstrels song (1964) crediting Randy Sparks.
