The Heartbeats sing Daddy's coming home, in the answer song Daddy is home. All the rights to A Thousand Miles Away were sold to Roulette Records. Those on the much more valuable answer song Daddy's Home were wisely kept by Hull. Roulette then played it hard (for a small family business): they didn't consider Daddy's Home to be an answer song but plagiarism and sued Hull successfully. The poor company didn't survive.
