Original title: Unter dem Doppeladler (1880s). Wagner was the march king of Vienna. Those two eagles represented the Austro-Hungarian empire of the Habsburgers. When Sousa's band picked it up it became popular overseas. Military march with a circus ring to it. A bluegrass- and a western swing standard to boot.
