Toots just got out of prison (serving time for drugs), explaining the title but lacked to learn him his lesson. When Toots & The Maytals were supposed to show up in Torhout for the first leg of 1981's line-up of the Torhout-Werchter double-bill, their rasta busdriver mistook Torhout for Turnhout, blurring festival boss Schueremans' time-schedule, who was so angry they weren't allow to play next day's Werchter show either.
