About moonshine, quite a popular brand in Lunsford's North Carolina during prohibition. As a lawyer he defended moonshiners. A soft drink took its name. Lunsford sold his rights for $25 to Scotty Wiseman to finance a trip home from Chicago to Asheville, NC, where he organised his mountain folk festival. He got his rights back from Scotty the day he retired.
