Whenever someone recognises part of an own composition in a big star's hit, we have this blind reflex to believe he'd been ripped. Sometimes this sympathy for the underdog is shared by the judge in charge of the plagiarism litigation involved and that's exactly what happened in this case. Sure, there was this similarity, sure, the Roman judge had to admit it, but where's the proof Michael did it on purpose? Of course this is a case of pure coïncidence but who blames Al Bano?
