A Beatles song by the Stones. Vice versa does not exist. Brian Jones & C° wanted to learn to write their own stuff and asked the Beatles for advise. According to legend Lennon & McCartney cleared this job in 10 minutes flat. They didn't need it as a single, saved it up as Ringo's track for the With The Beatles album (due for release the day John F. Kennedy died). The Stones' single version entered the charts one week earlier.
