Michael Jackson should have known better. First he faced rightful claims against Dangerous and Earth Song (see there), then he got entangled in the HIStory affair, using the same beat as in Toni Di Bart's floorfiller Turn Your Love Around, sampled from two year older I Luv U Baby by a DJ who apparantly knew he'd be recognized sooner or later by naming himself The Original.
