Borrows elements (theme & melody) from Dors mon amour, the song André Claveau (see: Cerisier rose et pommier blanc) won the third Eurovision Song Contest with in '58. Came out in Canada on same label as the Sleep Walk original. Both Dors mon amour and Sleep Walk are melodically related with Softly As In The Morning Sunrise, a melody from Sigmund Romberg's operetta The New Moon, recorded in '29 by Nat Shilkret (Victor and filmed in '31 and '40 with Nelson Eddy (MGM).
