This Basement tape with the second voice of Richard Manuel first came out on The Bootleg Series Vol. 1-3, in '14 on The Complete Basement Tapes (Bootleg Series Vol 11). His official version (with Happy Traum) came out in '71 on Greatest Hits - Vol. II.
