Before there was Charlie Rich the country balladeer, there was Charlie Rich the blues and rock 'n roll singer. Cut at Sam Phillips place in Memphis but shelved. Sam refused to invest in Charlie as long as he didn't play piano like Jerry Lee Lewis. Although this song is not in Jerry Lee's vein at all, he did cover it.
