The first recording he made for Alan Lomax in his log cabin on Stovall Plantation, just outside Clarksdale in August '41. B-side of I Be's Troubled (see there) on a 78 anthology album. One year later in July a second version was recorded. Both are re-issued op 2cd The Complete Plantation Recordings (MCA - '93).
