 Means The Children Of Piraeus. Theme of Greek film Pote Tin Kyriaki (Never On Sunday), directed by Jules Dassin, an American who fled the McCarthy witchhunt. Was French singer Joe Dassin's father and married Melina, who later became the Greek Minister of Culture. In the film she plays the part of a happy hooker with a golden heart who never does it on sunday. Her opponent and fresh husband Jules Dassin also directed Topkapi, again with music by Hadjidakis. The Never On Sunday score earned him (and Melina) an Oscar.
