 In café La Giralda in Montevideo. Uruguayan tango (means The Small Carnival Parade). To Matos Rodriguez' melody, Firpo added elements from Verdi's Miserere and a piece of his own tango La Gaucha Manuela. Lyrics (as Si Supieras) added in '24 by Pascual Contursi and Enrique Maroni. Later better known as Hernando's Hideaway (see there).
