| | Three ex Comets who left Bill Haley collectively, while he didn't treat his band members equaly. They'd replaced three musicians of the original Rock Around The Clock line-up and were excluded of the proceeds. Haley, Johnny Grande, Billy Williamson and manager Lord Jim Ferguson shared millions, while the other three worked for $200/week. Jodimars combines the first syllables of their names: Joe D'Ambrosio, Dick Richards, Marshall Lytle. The author was their manager. They made it as part of Alan Freed's Easter Jubilee Of Stars and on his syndicated TV show. |
